1. Any delays in making subsequent payments (as per the payment policy enclosed in the attachment) may result in auto-
cancellation of the entire booking. Any additional charges/penalties, subject to T&C of the booking will be paid directly by the
customer.
2. Payments made using any electronic medium (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque etc.) are solely to be made in the favor of Thomas Cook
India Pvt. Ltd. Thomas Cook will not be held responsible for payments made to any other account other than Thomas Cook
India Pvt. Ltd. If you come across anyone soliciting payments on behalf of Thomas Cook, to any other account, please inform
us on our toll free number 1800 2099100 or write to us at [email protected]
3. Since you are traveling abroad, we would require you to submit the A2 form at the nearest Thomas Cook Branch. As per the
RBI Compliance, each international traveler is required to fill, sign and submit the A2 form in person at the nearest THOMAS
COOK Branch. It is a document required for the detailed information of the Dollar component, utilized in an International trip.
Our executives will call you in identifying the nearest branch as well as guiding you with the steps to be followed.
4. The vouchers will be released only once the A2 form is submitted by the traveler at Thomas Cook branch.
5. As per process, After Completion of all the steps on time we will get back to you 3-5 days prior to the departure date with
Flight Tickets and Tour documents via email.
6. As per the RBI guidelines, any traveler above the age of 18years is required to share the PAN card copy.
7. For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component will be collected before issuance, else price will be
subject to change.
8. Third Party & CASH Payments are NOT accepted. Any direct CASH deposits in “Thomas Cook India Ltd.” Bank account is not
permitted & shall be forfeited.
9. All travelers should have Indian nationality passport with the validity of 6-9 months from the date of return.
10. Depending upon the tour you have booked, you would be getting a Seat in coach or a private transfer. You are requested to
clarify all your queries pertaining to transfer with your travel advisor well in advance before the tour. Seat in coach transfers are
on fixed timings only and may differ from country to country. Please check with your travel advisor for further details in this
regard. In case you have not booked any transfers with Thomas Cook India, we recommend that you kindly make appropriate
arrangements personally to have a comfortable journey.
11. While our travel advisors will advise you of all possible information including travel tips about your destination, please do
request for any additional information that you need on issues like currency, weather, sightseeing etc and we would be glad to
help you with more details.
12. Many countries offer Visa on Arrival facility to Indian guests. However, the requirements may differ from country to country. In
case you plan to take visa on arrival, please do seek detailed information from our travel advisors on the specifications such as
documents to carry, photographs, visa cost etc and we would be happy to help you.
13. The Foreign Exchange rate is volatile / dynamic and the same may fluctuate at the time of final payment / submission of A2
Form. As per RBI guidelines, the Foreign exchange component of your tour towards your land portion can only be processed
120 days prior to your travel.

14. All hotels offered are subject to current availability. Should the same not be available at the time of your final booking, Thomas
Cook India will arrange to provide a similar category hotel.
15. While Thomas Cook India takes extreme care to ensure all your sightseeing and excursions are not on holidays / closed dates
but due to the itinerary / sudden changes it sometimes becomes unavoidable. Thomas Cook India will make every possible
attempt to arrange for alternate sightseeing and excursions on such days. However no refund will be provided as such events
are beyond our control.
We will require the following information to book this package for you.
1. Name of each Pax (Kindly share the name as it appears on your passport)
2. Date of Birth for each Pax
3. Meal Preference (VEG – NON VEG – JAIN MEAL)
4. Complete address with pin code
5. Alternative Contact Number (Emergency Purpose)
6. Passport Copy
7. PAN Card Copy
Payment Policy :
“Your payment is a combination of INR & FOREX component. Mentioned below guidelines are applicable for payment of FOREX
component. Kindly refer to the table below for more information.”

For Customised Holidays :
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame
mentioned herein below
* For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component will be collected before issuance, else price will be
subject to change.
*Initial Booking deposit will be collected as per the amount mentioned or the Package Price whichever is lower
Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance thereto by the client,
the company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the
cancellation charges as mentioned herein.
Below mentioned cancellation policy is applicable for passengers travelling to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa

Cancellation Policy for Customised Holidays :
The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all
monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable. In case
of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation. The
company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air
tickets or other arrangements not done through the company. The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in
case of any cancellations. However, passengers whose visas are not granted by the consulates must intimate us at-least 45 days
in advance of the date of commencement/departure of the tour, at which time the company will deduct INR 5,000/- per person
towards Guidance Charges over & above any other actual expenses, if any, incurred and issue credit voucher for the balance, to be
redeemed by the client for any services to be availed from the Company, in future. However if such intimation is received after the
said period of 45 days prior to the date of commencement/ departure of the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as
above and / or dependant on the actual date of cancellation.
Note :
1. The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel date, the destination, the
package and the services booked and paid for.
2. For Dynamic properties and Reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.
