1. Give examples of needs, wants, and demands that JetBlue customers demonstrate,
differentiating these three concepts. What are the implications of each for JetBlue’s
practices?
Need is basic things for survival like food and shelter here is customers need is an
airplane to have flight is and some basic food in flight to eat and drink when needed.
Want is wish based but the ability is not present like luxury house, here customer wants
is comfortable seat, safe flight, some kind of foods and music.
Demand is like want but backed by buying power or ability, here customer demand is to
have luxury seat, variety of food and music movies channel and so on.
JetBlue accomplished it’s customers need by providing flight, food and beverage, and
accomplished their want by providing leather seats, different kind of beverages, and
music. JetBlue accomplished customer demands and even delighted customers by
providing more than 100 channels, radio, music, even in waiting area, and widen seat
by 3 inches, low price and luxury facilities and so on.

2. Describe in detail all the facets of JetBlue’s product. What is being exchanged in a
JetBlue transaction?
JetBlue facets are: different variety of snakes, beverages, music, live channels,
comfortable wide seats, entertainment program in waiting areas. In JetBlue transaction
they able to reduce it’s price per seat compare to Southwest airline even JetBlue
employees were younger than Southwest.

3. Which of the five marketing management concepts best applies to JetBlue?


The social Marketing concept best applies to the JetBlue airline, because they started
by this concept to bring humanity to traveling world, by keeping customers delight, by
letting their employees working from home near to their families for around 700
employees and so on.
4. What value does JetBlue create for its customers?
JetBlue value it’s customer in a friendly, lovely, loyalty and focused more on the
customers even their JetBlue customers were thing during calling to JetBlue customer
care center that they are talking with someone from next door. so their customers are
loyal to them and they keep their customers and on social media JetBlue have many
followers, and their customers give them value back in return by buying tickets and
keeping in touch.

5. Is JetBlue likely to continue being successful in building customer relationships? Why


or why not?
Yes, they are likely to continue being successful in building customer relationships
because during the recession time in the United State of America. JetBlue customers
trust them and they were profiting and running will, they gain their dignity and trust after
hitting by storm in valentine gradually to a trustable and loyal company even people
were thinking they lost everything but not only keep running but become one of the top
companies in the United State of America even in the world.
