Technology has reach in our every day’s life. Technology can be use in different
fields, education, business, government, medicine and others. It can found in our work,
house, schools and other places. Due to the advancement of technology, it help us
shape our minds in having new information and develop our creativity by improving and
developing new technologies.

Learning is necessary in every individual. New technology provides us to have

new knowledge and learnings in many ways that has deep effects in our life. For it is in
learning that we are aware informed and become more knowledgeable person has a
great opportunity in job industries. Unlike before, learning was simply to have the ability
to read and to write. Nowadays, learning are much wider that necessarily to have a
creativity and critical think. And to do some work that are necessarily needed to have
the skills and ability to the new technologies, like, computers, software and other that
are connected in the advancement of technology. Therefore, learning is not simple as
we thought but we should take it seriously and it is necessarily to have the ability, skills
to gain more knowledge.

Learning nowadays are not only containing difficulties but also the advantages
that we do not have in the past generation. Due to the advancement of technology,
learning are benefiting so much on it, because of new innovations and improvements it
has been used in every ways, such as presentations, projectors and other software that
we used in learning and teaching ways. Everyone can access learning online from their
home. Students are able to access in other learning programs outside their classroom.

Internet is one of the ways that we used, it become easier for us in our studies.
With the use of internet, it is easier to find everything that we need, like articles,
documents, educational websites and other forms that can help us to answer our
questions in just one click by accessing in the internet. Because of the advancement of
technology and internet, it is easily accessible and it provides us new learnings that can
help us in many ways. Due to the advancement of technology and internet, it had our
way to learn easily, but we need to have a purpose of what information that we are
looking for to minimize the risks mislead information.

Technology has been influential as today’s generation. Many people cannot find
themselves without using technology. Technology change the way we learn today and it
makes us more productive, particularly in terms of employees who can bring their work
at home. Instead of looking the documents in a drawer, they can easily find, send and
access all their business documents in an email or digital phones. They can do more of
their works in just one day and be responsible for securing their files, which is why
technology makes people more productive and because of that, technology teach us to
learn how to balance and manage our time and work more efficiently and effectively.

Technology change the way we learn in terms of changing our behavior, some of
us are lack in motivation, ability, and to perform well. Technology provides us
information and some ways for us to be confident to overcome this insufficient behavior
of us. As an individual, we need some motivation as an inspiration for us to do our work
efficiently. We need to have the ability to performed well and develop our skills and to
help others in persuading to learn new things.

Human behavior is an attitude of an individual, we were born and raised in

different culture and environment, which we have different beliefs and values that we
learn as we grow. Before, our parents live in a generation were technology are not that
advance and needed. They lived a simple life that all they want is to help their parents
and learn through reading in textbooks. Unlike now, some of the parents allowed their
children to use technologies as a new form of learning. They used to live simple and be
contented about it, but now in our generation, we could not live a day without using
our electronic digital. Technology really affects the way we think, and we can learn how
technology before was in our parents’ generation. It does shaped our human behavior
by learning in our life experiences, and it still can change as the years pass by.

Therefore, in any different aspects technology can change the way we learn.
Technology helps us to get new information and sometimes change what our
perspective. Most specially, we should use technology as a tool to improve our learning
not to use it in a bad way. Remind our self that change is good but we should know our
limitations and do not abuse technology to overused and mislead us in a different way.

Technology gives us different advancements, influence, impact in human

movement and culture in the society. Based on some articles technology plays an
important role in the constitution of human society, culture, nature and identity. These
articles stated that humans have always shaped and extended themselves by virtue of
technical tools and artifacts. Over the years technology has been changing the way we
live, communicate, educate and learn. Smartphone, laptops, social networks, unlimited
access to the Internet, and immediacy of information surrounds the human world and it
can be called as a technology era wherein all of our needs and work are now dependent
to the usage of the technology. The technology brings us many changes like it improves
our transportation, communication, education and learning process. But behind to the
success of the advancement of technology it also brings us a negative results or
impacts like having a resource depletion, increased population, and pollution.

Technology can change the way we learn nowadays because the world is being
innovated and advance, in just only click you may access different information that you
needed and a new learning process that people can learn by just searching on the net.
Many possibilities that human can learn easier in this generation but the negative side is
probably humans are may abuse the usage of technology and use it in different illegal
processes like scamming other people and hacking different kinds of site or accounts
that may be a risk or trauma to other people that their personal security and identity
are not safe in internet world and social media sites.

In this context, it will be more on focus to the technology changed the learning
process of individuals highlighting the education process of the people. According to
McKinght (2015) in the 21st century, technology has changed the ways in which we
communicate and go about our lives and it emphasizes the evolution of the
communication and expanding the different audiences in the world by using different
terms of social media processes. Very few educators would disagree with the notion
that technology has dramatically changed the teaching and learning process.

In term of education processes, the technology changed the world of education

very broad.  To the most part, Harris (2016) technology has changed the way that we
look at the education in terms of space, time, and the potential. With technology people
have the opportunity to learn at any point: the students have access to resources,
access to a device, and access to materials, which they can learn easier. With the usage
of the technology, students allows them to access those learning materials at their
home with the internet and do the designated task assigned to them at home to spend
their time more productively. The advancement of technology gives idea to the teachers
or moderators to create such activities like providing educational videos that is really
related to the topic to the students instead of having or doing their homework at home.
One thing that technology does not do though, is a promise that any of those changes
will be a benefit to the student. This still falls on the shoulders of the teacher.

Technology offers the potential to change things for the good, but the teachers
have to see the potential in order to do the things that are impactful. As Matt Harris
(2016) stated that. The student also changes because we see a changing world in
students’ technology-based schools and classrooms where they are no longer just
consumers of knowledge; they are no longer just reciting information for exams, for
quizzes or tests. They now get to participate in this balanced approach to learning
where they are still learning how to consume and use the information for specific
purposes, for exams, for tasks, they still develop that skill because they have to, but
they also become creators of knowledge. Within a technology-based classroom,
because there is personalization, because there is creation and consumption, students
become owners of their own learning. They learn how they learn, they learn how to
manage their tasks, and they learn how to get everything done within their own scope,
desires, and interests rather than just following through the pass that was laid out
before them by the people that sat in the chairs before them.
 Many influences that modern technology affects the education process of the
people. Special needs to the students is one factor affecting the education process
because there are plenty of mobile applications that initiate students with special needs
into the learning environment through enabling and facilitating them with digital
education aids. The education is widely broadened by technology. Many learning
institutions currently offer online courses or educations which people can access from
anywhere. Video conferencing and applications in social media such as Skype are a
platform for students and teachers share knowledge conveniently and other educational
sites provided by the learning institution that serves as the compilation of their outputs
and activities.

Nemel (2017) stated that the assessment process in most learning institutions is
now digitalized. Learners can do tests online and they can instantly assess their
knowledge base. Online assessments are impartial and flexible. Students have the
freedom to do the tests when they are ready and this is very useful to those that are
pursuing correspondence or distance courses. Mostly of the teachers uses technical aids
to maintain the attachment of the learners to them like using drop box or emails as a
media of sharing and uploading of new knowledge or ideas that can be a result of
improvement of interaction between us. E-books and online libraries are useful to
learners. Google for instance has partnered with libraries and publishers to come up
with an extraordinary library that is extensive, flexible and virtual. Google books offer
snippets of many books and this bring together new publishers and new books to
learners. With internet, readers and publishers are able to discover each other, Thomas
(2017).

Some online modules provides different styles in explaining the topic like
introducing a topic then after there is a given activity but in some ways there is a
activity first to measure your knowledge or idea about the new topic that will discuss
later. The learners will experience such boredom in only lectures; the learners in
present day require effectively persuasion to study through the digital aids that offer an
excellent blend of learning and fun.
 In conclusion, technology can be a tool for different ways of cheatings or growth
rates of crimes about abuse usage of technology, but technology has an important role
to grow and innovate the essence of education to the world to make the people or
learners to be more competitive and ready to render their services to others.
