Statement of Purpose:

I am Binita Shrestha, a permanent inhabitant of Balkot-04 Bhaktapur, Nepal. I completed


Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tribhuvan University in 2015 A.D.
Now, I want to study Master in Information Technology. I was always had flair to do
something creative and challenging. This is the reason that I had opted for Information
Technology as my career. I studied various IT related subjects during my undergraduate
study which pushed me towards the IT. It will be little harder for non IT students like me
to study IT but I will do my best and work harder to graduate with good marks in future. I
found the Kyoto Graduate School of Informatics is offering the Masters in IT with web
business. I found this course very useful as it includes the study of information
technology, people and management. I want to gain the degree from abroad. We can see
that many people who are working in business management and IT field of Nepal are
mostly graduated from abroad. I personally believe that studying abroad broadens our
communication skill and knowledge of the business world.
Japan is a peace country with huge development of Technology where the education
system is excellent and practical. Because of the wide research opportunities, today,
Japan has become study hub for international students. I want to enroll at Kyoto College
of Graduates Studies for my master level. I came to know that it provides the scholarship
to the students who are passionate to study. So, I am learning Japanese language in
Nepal.
My future plan after completing master degree from Japan is to work as an IT engineer in
government Telecommunication Nepal Telecom. I want to explore and use my
knowledge and skills in developing IT system in Nepal and develop my own government
institution.
