Dear Sir,

We can’t say thank you enough for your humanitarian assistance from the people of Turkey to the corona
affected people in Bangladesh.

On behalf of BD CLEAN, I would like to thank you for your generous support to the corona affected residence
in Dhaka North City Corporation. Your support not only helped the hungry helpless people but also praised by
local press and news channel. We’re honored to deliver your support properly to the right people.

This letter is prepared by BD CLEAN to announce our intention to apply for logistics support. As you know, BD
CLEAN is a non-profit youth based platform covered with red green spirits working relentlessly to name
Bangladesh as the cleanest country in the world practicing the standard quality of humanity. To do so, we
have been conducting a lot of awareness buildup activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis since 2016.

After corona crisis, our primary focus will be continuing BD CLEAN weekly cleaning events across the country
through our 73 (Seventy Three) dedicated teams consisting with 80 to 100 members in each team. The
objective of these events is to clean 73 (Seventy Three) particular places through BD CLEAN members in each
week and create awareness among people not to make the place dirty again. Being a non-profit platform, it
becomes always difficult for us to arrange logistics like surgical mask, gloves, black poly, broom, cap, shovel, t-
shirt etc to execute all the events properly within the timeline.

The purpose of the application is to seek logistics support for the next 4 months to BD CLEAN weekly cleaning
events in 1022 places across the country. A tentative budget mentioning major expenses are attached with
the letter.

We strongly believe that your generous support will help us to fulfill our goal and make our country a
standard of cleanliness towards the world. BD CLEAN will be more than happy to share further information for
your perusal. We look forward to speak with you in more details regarding our platform.
