Terms and Conditions:

- Project will commence after PO (Purchase Order) is issued by the customer.
- 100% of the OTC should be paid along with the Purchase Order.
- Total Amount worth SMS credit is payable before availing the service.
- The offer is valid till 10 days from the submission date unless Metro Net Bangladesh Ltd.
decides to change.
- VAT, Taxes & Levies will be applicable as per government rule.
- All payment to be paid in account payee cheque in favor of Metro Net Bangladesh Ltd.
- Minimum Contract period is 2 years from the date of issuance of PO.
- MetroText SMS blast should not be used for international OTP activation purpose example:
google, Yahoo, Facebook, Whats app, Viber etc.
- Use of SMS for circulating any antinational content or offensive content is advised to be
prohibited. Bulk SMS Customer will be responsible for content of the SMS.
- It is advised to avoid pushing SMS at odd hours.
- Early termination is of 3 months’ notice or service charges in lieu of.
- This offer will remain valid for 30 working days from the date of issue.
- SMS tariffs are subject to change from time to time.
- This pricing is valid for only in Bangladesh
- The SMS account balance is non-refundable.

- Any illegal use of the SMS service is strictly prohibited, in the form of messages containing
any sexual, racist or discriminatory content and any such usage may be considered as
harassment to an individual or an organization.
- You agree that all activities, which can be traced to your username and password, are
deemed as having been performed by yourself and are legally binding to you. You accept
responsibility for your message content, in accordance with generally applicable laws.
MetroNet does not assume any liability for content of messages sent. You exempt us from
any claim that may arise from third parties as a result of message content. You are to be
held solely responsible.
- We reserve the right to exclude you from using this service refunding the remaining amount
in your account. In any other circumstance all purchases must be considered as final, in
compliance with our no refund policy.
- You are responsible for the privacy and storage of your username and password.
- In accordance with the legal requirements, usage data is recorded for the necessary
purposes of maintaining the messaging service.
- You guarantee every mobile end user the right to object to your processing of personal data
relating to the mobile end user and processed for the purposes of direct marketing.
