General Information tab contains all the high level information about this configuration.
All changes to be maintianed against specific Change Requests.
Under Sheet "Configuration Details - Sample" the columns marked in Green are mandatory columns.
The remaining columns are case specific and intend to capture the entire configurations settings for every object
The unmarked columns will change as per the configuration object.
Every new/additional entry or configuration will be done against a new Line item with the new Change Request n
Any removal/correction will be done in an existing Line item mentioning the new Change Request number along
request number (50408/50409)
In cases mentioned under point 8, the existing data needs to be struck-through (SAMPLE).
