KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CARMELA D. TUBERA, Filipino citizen, legal age, and resident of Blk. 16 Lot 40
Saint Josephville SUbdv., Brgy. Kaypian City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, do to hereby
APPOINTS, AUTHORIZES AND CONTITUTES my husband JOAQUIN M. TUBERA, resident also
of Blk 16 Lot 40 Saint Josephville Subdv., Brgy. Kaypian, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan,
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, and for my
own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. The abovementioned property was awarded under my name; 

2. Mr. Joaquin M. Tubera is my legal spouse and I am authorizing him to represent


me in any of the Homeowners Association’s activities particularly, in the
upcoming Election of Officers;

3. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite,
necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue of these presents.
