Stoicism - All About

Stoicism is a school of philosophy based on resilience and virtue. It teaches calm acceptance of things outside one's control and indifference to pleasure and pain. The four cardinal virtues of stoicism are prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance. While stoicism promotes mental toughness during difficult times, it is not always practical for dealing with everyday life. Studying stoicism today can help improve character traits like courage, patience, and kindness.
