Assumption Mapper Matrix Model

This document presents an assumption mapping tool to help identify and prioritize which assumptions underlying a concept need to be tested. It divides assumptions into four categories: important assumptions that could cause the concept to fail if not true; non-important assumptions that the concept could survive; easy assumptions to test quickly; and difficult assumptions that require more time and resources to test. The tool aims to create an overview of assumptions to focus initial testing on the most critical ones.
