May we invite you together with your technical staff to attend the Pre- Construction
Meeting for the project, “Renovation and Modification of DSWD FO1 Public
assistance and Complaint Area” located at DSWD FO1, City of San Fernando, La
Union on 2 December 2019, Monday, 9:00 AM, at 1st floor, Chief Administrative
Office (CAO), DSWD FO1, City of San Fernando, La Union. Site visit will follow
right after the pre-construction meeting.

The meeting agenda includes update on technical and administrative requirements


for the implementation of this project. Buildings and Grounds Management Section
(BGMS) staff will attend the said meeting to entertain queries and clarify issues
related to the implementation of the said project.
