7P’s of Marketing

7P's is the combination of seven elements of marketing that aim to work together to
achieve the objectives of a marketing strategy. These 7 elements are: product; price; place;
promotion; people; process and physical evidence.

1. Product
- This refers to what you are selling, including all of the features, advantages and
benefits that your customers can enjoy from buying your goods or services. Our
business offers three product that has three flavors each.
a. Polvon
- Classic Polvoron
- Malunggay Polvoron
- Cookies and Cream Polvoron
b. Espasol
- Classic Polvoron
- Grated Coconut Espasol
- Chocolate Espasol
c. Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Rainbow Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies

2. Price
- This refers to your pricing strategy for your products and services and how it will
affect your customers. 
a. Polvon
- Classic Polvoron (Php5.00 each)
- Malunggay Polvoron (Php6.00 each)
- Cookies and Cream Polvoron (Php6.00 each)
b. Espasol (Php8.00 each) for all flavors
c. Chocolate Chip Cookies (Php8.00 each) for all flavors

3. Place
- This is where your products and services are seen, made, sold or distributed. Our
products are all made at Tayabas, Quezon. It is sold or distributed primarily in
Southern Luzon State University specifically at MHDP Building.

4. Promotion
- These are the promotional activities you use to make your customers aware of your
products and services, including advertising, sales tactics, promotions and direct
marketing. We are promoting our products by engaging with our customers. To
further promote we used social media as a platform to widen our customer range.

5. People
- People refer to the staff and salespeople who work for your business, including
yourself.
a. Kay Ann R. Felicidario – responsible for making, promoting, and selling the
polvoron.
b. Cesar P. Pajilan - responsible for making, promoting, and selling the espasol.
c. Lorie Mae J. Reyes - responsible for making, promoting, and selling the
chocolate chip cookies

6. Process
- This refers to the processes involved in delivering your products and services to the
customer. The process include in our business involves direct selling and online
selling. Our products can be sold directly to me and my business partners and can
be ordered online through our social media platform.
7. Physical Evidence
- This refers to everything your customers see when interacting with your
business. The physical environment of our business is the SLSU MHDP Building
since our target market are the students of College of Engineering. When it comes to
packaging our products are packed individually since it can be sold per piece. The
brand of our product is Sweet CESARian with a tagline “Maooperahan ka sa Sarap”
that can be seen alongside with the packaging of our products.
