Module 2—Balance Your Energy


Energy Assessment
This assessment will help you evaluate your current energy levels. During the session, you’ll not be
asked to reveal anything personal from the assessment, but you will use your answers to help plan
ways to increase your personal energy.

Be honest while attempting this assessment as it is important if you want to manage your
energy effectively.

To complete this exercise, rate yourself by adding a checkmark next to the statement
you think is applicable to your life and work.
