DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists to inquiries regarding the general functions of the School and acts as frontliner staff
• Encodes and files documents e.g certifications, student’s documents, etc
• Assists in the preparation of documents requested by students, faculty, etc
• Assists in all administrative functions of the office
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
