*NOTICE*
*Please kindly, Updating Latest AVCS data for ADC (Admiralty Digital Catalogue).
And check ENC Units mode as below.

*Mouse Manual.

Left a button

One Click (Click Drag): Zoom In


One Click (When Route mode): Create Route

The middle Wheel button

Wheel Up: Zoom In


Wheel Down: Zoom Out
One Click: Map Move
One Click Drag: Map Move

Right button

One Click: Check sell(chart) Information.


One Click: Finish create route.
Double Click(Create Route Mode) : Complete Create Route.
<Step.1> Updating of Admiralty Digital Catalogue.

1. Kindly, put in the latest AVCS Update CD to CD-ROM.


2. Select the “Load Catalogue From Disk”.
* File  Catalogue Load Catalogue From Disk.

3. Open window appears. Please find and select the “ACCatolos.zip” File.

4. And then click the“Open” button.

When open the “ACCatalog” File, “Available Catalogue Updates” window appears. Click
the “Start Update” Button to load the Update File.
<Step.2> Way to confirm retained charts by using the latest Permit CD.

1. Please kindly, put in the latest CD & USB to CD-ROM, USB driver.

5. Select the “File Load Permitfile”.

2. Click the permit file from CD-ROM.

3. Select the ENC Units [Admiralty Vector Chart Service] as pictured below.
4. *In AVCS mode, owned charts will be shown yellow.
*And owned charts will be shown green in Inventory mode.

(As picture above, you can use two different modes.)

5. Load permit Click the Basket( ) 

Click Show Inventory of below picture.

6. As below, you can check Products and Expiry date.


<Step.3> Create Route.

1. Select Create Route, you can check when changed mouse shape(+)

2. Following the sea route click left button(Start your create route)
*If you learn “Mouse Manual”, You can Create route easier.

* (You can finish create route by left button from Double Click of mouse.)

3. When Finished create route, Click Route To Basket Icon ( )

* (You can Remove don’t need charts.)


*Moving Mouse Position and click the Right Button as Charts Information below.
* (You can Add or Remove in to the Basket & Inventory)
<Step.4> To Make Basket Without Route.

1. Click the Right Button Click ADD or ADD ALL(Saving Basket or Inventory)
* Red = Basket * Yellow = Inventory

2. Click the Basket Icon ( ), you can check Basket History as below.

3. Click Save Basket at the left bottom.

<Step.5> To Make Basket File.

1. If you have Basket history, click save Basket Files at the file menu on the top or

just click Save Basket picture( ).


2. *Another way to make Basket File.

Click Basket Icon ( ) to put charts into a Basket. (After generate Route)

And click “Show Inventory” (At the bottom right corner) to see Inventory list,

before click “Save Button” ( ) to create Basket File please kindly check

overlap charts.

3. Click “SAVE” button then, you can make Basket File.


*For the convenience input data for File Name
(Ex, Name of ship and License period.)

4. As mentioned below, you can find Basket File. (.txt)
