Position: Andriod developer ( 1 – 3 years )


Location: Bangalore, India

Position Summary:

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced application development environment you will apply your proven
software development skills diligently towards the development of best in class Mobile Applications in
Logistics domain. Provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application
development. You will participate primarily in the android development utilizing various technologies
associated with it and open source software.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Design , development, deployment and maintenance of Android


 Convert mockups provided by designers, improve the user experience
 Interfacing the backend team for integration
 Identify and communicate best practice for mobile app engineering.
 Develop customer-driven solutions and will be responsible for delivery of
defined set of modules.
 Should be interested in doing research and development and capability to
suggest solutions.

Skillset :
 Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android API and (intents, services,
threading, activity, fragments, etc.), different versions of Android, and
how to deal with different screen sizes
 Experience building mobile applications in native android that take
performance, usability and user experience into consideration
 Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications
 Ability to write well-abstracted reusable code for UI components
and back-end integrations
 Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance
tuning
 Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
 Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries
available for common tasks
 Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical requirements
 Motivated self-starter with a high attention to detail

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
 Experience in agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Qualifications:
1* BE / B Tech / M Tech/ MCA /MSc/Bsc in Computer Science or Engineering,
with minimum 1+ years of experience in Andriod platform.
