Business is starting of buying sares from known manufacturers where we


know manufacturers as I am from saree manufacturing background,
while buying of sarees from manufacturers in current situation if we buy
for 1 rupee, we can take another 1 rupee by credit, stock will be more, we
can make a turn over by selling this stocks we can make good payment to
creditors, some creditors ate concerned with money, if they get
confidence they are ready to give more credit, one advantage of
showroom is creditors are confident little by seeing showroom, business
will do in retail, online ,
PRODUCT

• Product is saree, where more than years will be, where saree is
required for girls for every functions, all will use, all variety of sarees
are keeping in showroom so that everyone should get sarees they feel
happy they like to come again and again,
MARKET PLAN

• In market there are more people selling sarees, many showroom, our
plan is like how the customer needs a design in sarees we will do and
give them for less prices, quality also be same no change in quality all
materials used will be same if once the customer enter our showroom
there be all variety of sares,

CONSIDERATION
60 lakhs of investment for business because of to keep all variety of sarees
To keep showroom in dommsandra, for showroom also investment is required ,
investment is the main resource for starting business,
Maintain book’s of account properly, proper accounts to be kept, all taxes paying to
government ,
Money is important to start businesses without money it’s difficult, if business means there
will be profit and losses too, in my business there will be no loss, because sarees if we kept
for many months, years it will not spoil, but we can sell sarees, if occur losses also it will be
only time, but will be earning profits,
