TRAINING PLAN IN TAEKWONDO ELEMENTARY
I. TRAINING OBJECTIVES
1. To be able to develop a stamina strength and flexibility.
2. To infuse TAEKWONDO as a way of life.
3. To train young children through TAEKWONDO.
4. To promote camaraderie.
5. To promote interest in sports.
II. TRAINING DURATION/VENUE
Eustacio Barcatan Elementary School Gym for TRAINING
Dole Cannery Taekwondo Gym, Polomolok for KYUROGI and POOMSAE.
3 months training from April – June

1. Materials needed
Training Attire – White or black shirts, jogging pants for white belts,
Dobok for yellow belts and up.
Training Equipment – head gear, body armors.
Training venue or dojang.
V. PARTICIPANTS
All Pupils who are interested to join TAEKWONDO.
