a) 5:30 am - The undersigned attended “Monday Flag Raising Ceremony” at CITY

b) 8:00 am to 12:00nn – The undersigned perform “On-the-Job-
Training/Intership at MTMB OFFICE 3rd Floor STARMALL Alabang, Alabang Muntinlupa City.

c) 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm – The undersigned attended the classroom instruction


RESEARCH ROOM 1ST Floor CCJ DEPARTMENT Prof. Antonino Esteban LEA Instructor give
us instructions about the subject of “Police Organization with Police Planning”, at University Road
NBP RESERVATION, Brgy. Poblacion Muntinlupa City.

d) 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm -The undersigned attended the class instructions

a) 8:00 am to 3:00 pm - The undersigned perform the On-the-Job-
Training/Internship started to records all the duties of MTMB/CRIMINOLOGY Interns at MTMB
3rd Floor STARMALL Alabang, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
b) 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm – The undersigned attended the class instruction of Prof.
Antonino Esteban CDI Instructor records our over-all grades for the subject of “POLICE PATROL”
at RESEARCH ROOM 1ST Floor CCJ Dept. University Road NBP RESERVATION Brgy. Poblacion
Muntinlupa City.

4) March 5, 2020 Thursday


a) 8:00 am to 5::00 pm -The undersigned perform the On-the-Job-
Training/Internship arrange the “Duty Time Records” of all the MTMB Contingents at MTMB
Office 3rd floor STARMALL Alabang, Alabang Muntinlupa City.

5) March 6, 2020 Friday


a) The undersigned did not attend the class for the “SOCIO” of Prof. Jimmy
Caltino because I feel bad that day and my head aches so much.
6) March 7, 2020 Saturday
a) 7:00 am to 10:00 am -The undersigned attended classroom instructions

give us a review for incoming “MIDTERM EXAMINATION” and pass our assignment about
