High Temperature Insulation Ceramic Fiber Products
A3A Group Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) is recommended for continuous use at temperatures up
to 2600°F (1430°C). It can be spun or blown into bulk, air-laid into a blanket, folded into
modules, converted into papers, boards, and shapes, die-cut into gaskets, twisted into yarns, woven
into rope and cloth, and blended into liquid binders for mastics and cements. With this wide
range of products, A3A Group (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. can provide exactly the right product to fit

HSCF-01 Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Product Features
A3A ceramic fiber blankets are manufactured under blowing and spinning
techniques, They are lightweight, unaffected by most chemicals (except
hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis) and they also have low
thermal conductivities, excellent resistance to thermal shock, outstanding
electrical resistivity, and good acoustical properties. A3A Ceramic fiber blanket
products offer a maximum temperature range of between 1100 - 1430°C:

HSCF-02 Ceramic Fiber Board
Product Features
A3A ceramic fiber board is a lightweight refractory material processed with
alumina-silica fibers for applications at temperatures up to 1400℃. It is
vacuum formed with high temperature stability, excellent strength and
hardness, and exceptional machinability for precise dimensional control. It is
ideal for furnace and stack lining due to its low thermal conductivity and low
heat storage allowing shorter cycle times and quicker access for
maintenance. A3A Ceramic fiber board products offer a maximum
temperature range of between 1100 - 1430°C:

Product Features
A3A ceramic fibers are manufactured from high purity raw materials--
Alumina powder, silica sand and zircon sand. These bulk fibers are
produced by varying composition, fiber length, compressed density, fiber
content, fiber diameter, and lubricity to serve a wide range of customer
needs. A3A Ceramic fiber cotton / bulk offer a maximum temperature
range of between 1100 - 1430°C (2300 - 3000°F):

HSCF-04 Ceramic Fiber Paper
Product Features
A3A ceramic fiber paper products are produced from a blend of high purity
Alumina-silica fibers and organic binders in a unique paper making process. Due
to its low organic binder content, off-gassing is at a minimum. Each of these paper
products are noted for its excellent flexibility, outstanding handling
characteristics, and high insulating value at high temperatures. A 3 A Ceramic
fiber paper offers a maximum temperature range of between 1100 - 1430°C
(2300 - 3000°F):

Product Features
A3A ceramic fiber modules are made from A3A ceramic fiber blankets. It
provides a unique solution to high temperature insulation needs in industrial
heaters, boilers and furnaces as well as many other applications. A 3 A
Ceramic fiber modules are produced with various anchoring systems that enable
quick, easy and efficient installation in most furnace linings, each module is a
continuous folded blanket under compression. Our ceramic fiber
