Terms & Conditions
1) RMC of M-25/30/35/40 Grade to be Provided by you, using OPC Cement. RMC to be provided @ 80 to 100 cum per day for Laser Screed
Operations.
2) Water, 3 Phase Electricity & Space for Labour Stay shall be provided by client free of cost at site.
3) GST extra at 18% as applicable on above rates
5) If Using Steel Fiber: The cost will be Rs 105/- Plus GST per kg for steel fiber. So per cum cost will be Rs 105 X 15 Kg = Rs 1,575). This is to be
paid by you.
4) Payment Terms
a) 30% mobilization advance
b) 65% when we submit out running bills
c) 05% within 15 days of completion of job.
