NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

Sealed Tenders based on item rates/percentage above or below on TS estimate rates

are hereby invited for the work mentioned below from the prequalified contractors / firms enlisted /

renewed with C&W department for the current financial year 2018-19 in the field of Highways

works.

Tender documents can be obtained from any of the below mentioned offices, upon

written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC license,

Identity Card of Contractor / Managing Partner / Director of the firm alongwith registered power of

attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier’s Cheque

of any scheduled bank:-

i. Chief Engineer (North), Punjab Highway Department Lahore.

ii. Commissioner, Sargodha Division Sargodha.

iii. Deputy Commissioner, Mianwali.

iv. Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle Sargodha.

v. Executive Engineer, Highways Division Mianwali.

vi. Assistant Commissioner Concerned.

Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders

should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document. No rebate on tendered rates

will be acceptable.

Tenders documents will be issued upto 12.06.2019 and will be received on

14.06.2019 upto 12:00 P.M and the same will be opened at 12:30 P.M simultaneously in the office

of Chief Engineer (North) Punjab Highway Department Lahore and Commissioner,

Sargodha Division Sargodha on fixed date and time by the respective tenders opening

committees at the above venues in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives.

Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the

estimated cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier’s Cheque of any scheduled Bank in favour of

Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Mianwali and attested copies of registered partnership deed

and power of attorney in case of firms, will not be entertained.

PPRA Rules shall be followed for rejection of tender.
