Cognitivism seeks to understand how people understand reality by processing sensory information. It studies cognitive processes like problem solving, perception, decision making, and language acquisition. Cognitivism is important because it views humans as organisms that make sense of the world by organizing, filtering, and interpreting information, rather than simply reacting to stimuli. This affects daily life because our cognitive abilities allow us to learn, respond to situations, and act accordingly. Cognitivism has many applications and is relevant to fields like psychology, human resources, sports, law, child development, and gerontology.

The cognitivism
Juan Luis Malena 3ero B
Introduction I going to speak of the cognitivism and the importance of the cognitivism. And this homework is it is a product of research and analysis of the subject. Cognitivism • What is the cognitivism? The cognitivism is the form of us brain can think with the objects and the person in the life. The construction of knowledge involves several complex actions, such as storing, recognizing, understanding, organizing and using the information that is received through the senses. Cognitivism seeks to know how they understand the reality in which they live from the transformation of sensory information. Cognitive psychology is one of the most recent additions to psychological research and studies various cognitive processes, such as problem solving, reasoning inductive, deductive, abductive, analog, perception, decision making and language acquisition. It developed as a separate area of discipline from the early 1950s and 1960s. The term began to be used with the publication of the book Cognitive Psychology, by Ulric Neisser, in 1967. But the cognitive approach had been brought to a foreground after the publication of the book by Donald Broadbent Perception and Communication, in 1958. Since then, the dominant metaphor in the area has been Broadbent's information processing model. • Why to know about it? The human being is considered an organism that performs an activity based fundamentally on the processing of information, which differentiates it much from the reactive and simplistic vision that until then had defended and disseminated behaviorism. Thus, the importance of how people organize, filter, codify, categorize and evaluate information and the way in which all these tools, structures or mental schemes are used to access and interpret reality is recognized. This representation of reality will be different for each individual as it will depend on their own schemes and their interaction with reality and, in turn, will also be progressively modified and sophisticated. The main objective of cognitivism is to discover how the human mind is capable of thinking and learning. Thus, it is vital to discover how such representations of the world are acquired, stored and recovered from memory or cognitive structure.
• After knowing the concept, how does it
affect our daily lives? Cognitivism affects our daily life in a great way since it is the way in which our brain can interpret and provide an answer to learn, respond and act according the situation. Although one of the major motivations of Psychological Consultation is oriented to the treatment of those known as Psychopathologies, with the analysis of the case, the evaluation of the same and the establishment of an appropriate Psychological Treatment, there are other fields of study that apply not only to the Attention of the Subject to different questions of the world, but also to the elaboration of different Labor Profiles, being the auxiliary psychologists of the Human Resources department of the different companies. We also have branches of Sports Psychology, the use of Forensic Psychologists related to law, providing their opinions in different judicial processes, as well as analyzing Child Development in regard to their cognitive faculties, or with their approach to Gerontology and aging.
As we can see, there is a wide field of study that
allows us to cover different forms of work, which is known as Branches of Psychology, addressing them to one or several in particular, but always with an empirical study methodology, since the common factor of all this is the Behavior of the Subject. Conclusion The cognitivism is very important because it makes us think of about us an about us around and social.
