Introduction
• This Report is very useful for the manufacturer. This report shows multiple BoM set for item at a
glance and to view details of multiple set for single or multiple items in this report.
• This Report reduces the efforts of users to go every time in stock item master to see the BoM
settings.

Important!
As a best practice it is advisable to back up your company data

Setup Guide
1. Activate the Add-on

For Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release 3.2


Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Accounting Features
Set “Yes” to the options “<<Enable Product wise Multi BoM for Manufacturer>>”

For Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.2 and above


Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on Features
Set “Yes” to the options “<<Enable Product wise Multi BoM for Manufacturer >>”
2. Add-on details with images.
a) Go to Gateway Of Tally >>F11 (Company Features)>> Add-on Features
b) Set “Enable Product wise Multi BoM for Manufacturer? “= “Yes”

3. Stock Group Create/Alter
a) During creation of Stock Group which is a “Finished Good”.
b)Set “Use as Finished Goods?” = ‘”Yes”

4. Stock Item Create /alter
a) Enter stock item as per default tally.
b) Press F12 , Set “Allow Components list details (Bill of Material)” = “Yes”
c) Set “Alter Components (BoM)” = “Yes”

5. BoM Setting

Enter BoM as per requirement

6. Menu
Go To Gateway of Tally >> Display >> Inventory Books >> Item wise BoM Register
Stock Group list will shown where “Used in finished Goods” = “yes” in master.
Select required stock group.

7. Report
This report shows only those stock item which has BoM .
Press Alt+F12, for filter of Stock Item.

Which version/releases of Tally.ERP 9 does the add-on support?

This add-on will work only with Tally.ERP 9 Series A, release 3.0 onwards.
