Retreat Planning

Middle Park BV Retreat

Hare Krishna Valley 1265 Winchelsea-Deans Marsh Rd, Bambra VIC 3241

The weather looks like this

It may be a little cold in the mornings, hence come prepared with jumpers/sweaters..

When – Friday 28 Till Sunday 1st March about 3 pm

Who – Fourteen families/2 Singles confirmed

Arrival time – Please arrive before 730 pm on Friday

Accommodation – We may have to share rooms. The toilets and bathrooms are communal.

Things to pack – Bedsheet, Quilt, Pillow, Torch(if available), towel, toiletries, daywear, nightwear, footwear –
slippers and sports shoes, sportswear, snacks, fruits(if required)

Prasadam – Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided on Friday, Saturday and Probably takeaway dinner for Sunday.
Please bring your own empty tiffin carriers, as we are not carrying any disposable takeaway containers. Saves
Mother earth from pollution.

Cutleries – plates, spoons, forks and cups are provided.

Balavan prabhu to organise for a QA session

Games – Arvind to carry volleyball and football, Ranjeet Prabhu to carry Cricket set. Also it would be good if
someone can carry table tennis set, as table is already there.

Cow feeding – We need to buy a 2 x 20kg sack of carrots from VIC Market to feed the cows. Grocery shopper from
VIC market to get this too..

Daily schedule – kirtan, SB class, Srila Prabhupada LM reading, quiz, cow feeding, skits, sports, bush walk, relaxation,
and plenty of prasadam!

Assembly Point is the Temple which is in the centre of the farm. Keep driving up the hill and you will see the Temple
and the Kitchen.
