A. Enumerate the characteristics of romantic music.

B. Describe opera composers of the Romantic period (Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini,
Richard Wagner, George Bizet, Franz Liszt)
C. Internalize the masterpieces composed by Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Richard
Wagner, Franz Liszt by sharing their feeling while listening to the music.
D. Perform a theatrical act while singing a song with a touch of Romantic music.

Ma’am the connection of the romantic music
and the musicians in that time is not a just to
us. Without them, our music today would be
meaningless. Why? Because their great

able to express our feelings freely through
the things we love like singing, dancing and
even acting/plays.

Great! But how are we going to maintain

their efforts or contribution?
Through listening and encouraging to watch
their operas in our free time. Or maybe
making a new rendition of their masterpieces
just like what Franz Liszt done when he
completed the piano texts of Paganini’s violin
pieces if we are musically inclined with
instruments. Who knows, we can be the new
generations music prodigy.
