CROSS EXAMINATION BY PROS.

HIPOLITO
Pros. Good afternoon, Mr. Witness.
Witness Good afternoon, ma’am.

Q: Mr. Witness, based on the impression that you have submitted to this
Honorable Court, you stated that both petitioner and respondent is
suffering from personality disorder, is that correct?

A: Yes, Ma’am.

Q: Also, you stated in your Judicial Affidavit that you have conducted 6 types
of test for both petitioner and respondent, is that correct? Could you
please state those 6 types of test, Mr. Witness?

Q: What are the effects, if any, on the results or your findings to both
petitioner and the respondent?

A: Ma’am, it did not have any negative effect at all. Those tests in itself are
able to give me a professional opinion on the respondent.

Q: Dr. De Guzman in your report, you diagnosed the respondent to be

suffering from a personality disorder, can you tell us what are the criteria
in order for that person to be considered suffering from such disorder?

A: He would fill the criteria for personality disorder otherwise specified,

a combination of defendant, schizoid and avoidant personality
disorder.

Q: Mr. Witness, could there be any possibility for other doctors to

interpret such behavior differently?

A: Yes.

Q: Mr. witness, assuming that your findings are correct that respondent is
suffering from a personality disorder, what obligations that the respondent
failed to perform?

A: Ma’am, the respondent failed to give love. Failed to establish a home.

Failed to give a caring, respect. Failed to have fidelity.

Q: So when you found that she was not able to and she failed to show love,
how will you categorize now the disorder of the respondent?

A: Ma’am, a person with schizoid personality disorder has difficulties,

relating, emphasizing, giving love and giving care to another person.
Q: Can you tell us base on the examination and evaluation of the marital
relationship of petitioner and respondent, what efforts if any did the
petitioner do to save their marriage? (objection)

Pros. Hipolito: That would be all for the witness, Your Honor.
