Comes now the undersigned complainant, being duly sworn upon oath, and under penalties of perjury, and states that
there is probable cause to believe that the above-named defendant committed the following crime(s):

COUNT: 01 TERRORIST THREAT - 2ND DEGREE -- CLASS E FELONY

That Gary Turner SR, in violation of Section 574.120, RSMo, committed the class E felony of making a terroristic threat
in the second degree, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.002 and 558.011, RSMo, in that on February 27,
2019 at St. John Police Department located at 8944 Saint Charles Rock Road, in the County of St. Louis, State of
Missouri, the defendant knowingly communicated an implied or express threat involving danger to life by stating to a
police officer after arrest, booking and interview process that he had COVID, and the defendant did so with reckless
disregard of the risk of causing the quarantine or closure or evacuation any portion of St. John Police Department, a

COUNT: 02 DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED -- CLASS A MISDEMEANOR

Section 577.010, committed the class B misdemeanor of driving


That Gary Turner SR, in violation of
while intoxicated, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011, 558.002, and 577.023,
RSMo, in that on or about April 2, 2020, at 8240 St. Charles Rock Road, in the County of St. Louis,
State of Missouri, defendant operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
