Harcon Petroleum and Energy Company Limited is a project and Construction Management
outfit offering unparalleled engineering & construction services to the Oil and Gas
industry.

Incorporated under the companies and allied matters, Decree 1990 as a limited liability
company in 2009. Harcon was conceived to provide EPC services & general Petroleum &
services.

The company’s goal is to present the most formidable and competent team of professionals, in
order to simplify the otherwise cumbersome logistic process prevalent in the Nigeria oil,
energy and construction environments, to sustain and build on the momentum created by our

Safety is a fundamental priority to HARCON and has been built into our everyday
work culture. Our HSE program aims at avoiding injury, pursuing the safety, security
& health of our employees and the public at large and minimize the impact on the
environment in which we operate. In this regard, appropriate safety measures are
put in place before, during and after any work while we strictly adhere to our Health,
Safety & Environment policies.

We recognize safety awareness and training as a key player in preventing accidents

and incidents. Our employees therefore receive extensive training and safety
awareness by way of regular and periodic safety talks, including general and
departmental toolbox meetings, with the overall aim of educating them on how
to perform their duties safely, properly and in compliance with applicable
local regulations and international standards.

Our innovative team of engineers, project managers and fabrication

processes are currently being carried out at our Port Harcourt fabrication facility
in Nigeria. Depending on the complexity and requirements of some projects, pre-
fabrication is carried out in our facility while final erection or integration is carried
out on site in line with approved drawings received from the Engineering phase
of each project and approved by the client for construction. The process is
controlled by a production manager, fabrication foremen and supervisors.

Our pre-fabrication works are carefully designed to minimize any required site
modifications or fabrication works. All materials are delivered with appropriate
tags to aid identification and ready to install, thus minimizing work space required
and idle time for the erection crew.

Our
HARCON’s headquarters and main fabrication facility are located
in Lagos and Portharcourt respectively. The Port Harcourt Fabrication
Yard is located is about twenty (30) minutes’ drive from the
PORT Harcourt Intl. Airport, Omagwa, Nigeria, which includes
our Branch office at NPA Dockyard, Port Harcourt.

Our facility also includes an office space of about 1,200

square meters, total workshop covered area of approximately
17,000 square meters and raw material and finished goods
stacking area of approximately 22,000 square meters.

We have, within the facility; a workshop specially dedicated and

adequately equipped for the fabrication of structures, storage
tanks, pressure vessels & stainless steel fabrication works.
Equipment
We believe using the right tools for every activity not only
saves time, but also ensures the project is delivered safely
and the quality of the finished product is not compromised
in any form.

Notable equipment in our arsenal includes Controlled Numeric

Cutting (CNC) & drilling machines for plates (Oxyacetylene,
Plasma & High Definition Plasma), profiles and pipes, Sub-arc
welding machines, heavy duty rolling machines, dome pressing
and flanging machine, various overhead and heavy duty cranes
for lifting and miscellaneous operations and two (2) fully
functional grit recycling blasting and we also have construction
and earth moving equipment such as concrete trucks,
excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks, etc.
