That we, the undersigned, all of legal age and residents of the Republic of
the Philippines have agreed under the terms and conditions herein set forth
and subject to the provisions of existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

8. That any violation of the aforementioned prohibited acts shall cause the
termination of the guilty party as a partner and the payment of______. If
the violation of the guilty party causes undesirable loss to the business,
the said party shall be liable for such amount. Furthermore, if the said
violation causes the closure of the business, the guilty party shall be
liable for the amount contributed by the remaining partners to the
business capital.
