ENREPRENEURIAL MIND
2. How entrepreneurial mind set help you in some areas of your life?
Everyone has their own talents, we are unique. But sometimes we are not
able to use it wisely. Me, as a student developing entrepreneurial mind set is
important. When you develop the entrepreneurial mind set it will help you in so
many ways. The entrepreneurial attitude of taking risks and not giving up is a
strong lead to succeed in anything throughout life. It helps us to think that
everything is possible. When you believe that something is possible it is also
doable. In addition, setting goals and milestones for self-improvement is much
easier if equipped with relevant entrepreneurial skills. Now it is easy for me to
accept failures, move on and take another opportunities and risks.
3. Why do you trust people who seem to know what they are doing? Do you trust
in them? Give concrete examples.
Everyone that seems to know what they are doing is most likely to earn
trust. When you act like you know everything, that you are confident with it people
will believe in you, they will trust you.
YES, I trust those who seem to know what they are doing, since it is
unlikely to feel confident on something you didn’t even know. Your confidence will be
boosted when you know that what you are doing is correct.
For example, someone reported in class. It was detailed and well
explained, she was confident doing that report that you may think she studied that
topic very well. Everyone will believe and agree with her since she seems to know
what she’s doing.
4. Do you think ‘costumer is always right’ is applicable in reaching out to our
customer?
Customers are the lifeblood of the business. That’s why I think that
‘costumer is always right’ is applicable in reaching out to our customer. Customer’s
trust plays a bigger role in business, that’s why even though they are really wrong
we must reach out to them like they are right. Base on my experience as a
customer, even when I’m not buying and the sales lady feels exhausted trying to find
the best fit for me, she must be patient. She must not feel mad but instead smile.
Because customers will go back to you when she feels like she’s always welcome,
and the service was really good. That’s why when one customer is angry don’t feel
the same and be patient. Those who are hardworking and patient are most likely to
succeed.
