-: Advantages Of The Current System :-
• Computerization provides the user Easy way to Modify the Records, and Fast
retrieving capacity.
• It will be more Easy to use for the user i.e. user Friendly and gives the Facilities
like Updating and Deletion of Records.
• If we want to search any past Record then we can get that Record in very Short
time, thus it will be easy to handle Record.
• It can also provide validation to avoid the incorrect Input and Output and
reduces the Errors.

Current System:
The system under consideration i.e. Sale and Service Management
System is completely manual and maintained in the form of Customer and vehicle register in
this organization. For that purposes following registers are maintained.
• Service Register
• Bill register
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE
-: CURRENT SYSTEM :-
• As the existing system is manual, all manual limitations affect the working of the
functionality.
• Maintenance of register is a tedious job, moreover number of registers make the
system very bulky to handle.
• Existing manual system can not provide reports when demanded within a short period
of time.
• Existing manual system can not filter student records by some criteria.
• Existing manual system can not find student records within moment.
