Trainee Guide

Trainee Reference Guide

In the training period, the trainees are strictly instructed to follow the
following instructions.

1. You have to fill the form A appropriately & have to hand it over to HR
department with in the first week of the training period.

2. You are eligible only for a half day per month and it will approve only if
you have not violated any of the instructions given here as well as the
instructions given by the supervisor.

3. If you need any leave for university curricular activities ( symposium,


Seminar , exhibition etc) , you have to fill the forma B and hand it over
to HR department with forma A. The organization has the full right to
approve or not.

4. If you need a leave for any curricular activity not mentioned in the
forma B , you have to request with one week notice with relevant
documents issued by the university.

5. Study leave is only granted for university exams which you have to
inform in advance to the organization by filling forma C. The
supervisor has the full authority to decide period of study leave which
will limit maximum of 3 days per subject including the exam date

6. Study leave for any other exams will limit maximum of 2 days per
subject including exam date, the details plans the request should
provide to the HR department in advance & subject to approval.

7. You are required to be at office at 8 am -5pm. punctulity is strictly


considered in appraisal.
8. Duties an assigned task

Routine task

Trainee has to be competent on routine tasks of the all departments


within first week of training period which will be described in appendix
A.

Assign Task

 Trainees must write all tasks assigned to them in the Trainee


Task book

 Trainee must write all completed task in Trainee task book

 Writing task on university record book which are not recorded in


the Trainee Task Book is considered as breach of trust.

 It is the responsibility of the trainee to learn the way of recording


the tasks assigned from collogues or from the supervisor.
Elimination of recording task or improper will be considered a

 It is the responsibility of the trainee to ask the deadline for the


assign task from the supervisor. If trainees have not recorded the
deadline, the assign date will be considered as deadline date.

9. You should sign the attendance book daily


10. If you have to attend to any promotion or if the supervisor asked
you to be at any location or participate on organizational activities, you
have to inform it to HR department on the respective day.

11. Leaving the organization for any official or personal matter


should be approved by the supervisor & should record in office out
register appropriately.

Sales & Marketing

• Monthly Sales Report

• Monthly Reports for MD meetings

• Adhesive Quantity Report

• Preparation of quotations

• Sheet Quantity Report

• Bitumen Products Quantity Reports

• Photo coping, faxing, operating telephone etc
