RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE COLLECTION OF ONE HUNDRED PESOS


(Php 100.00) PER DAY AS RENTAL FEE FOR LEMMA- S2 PROJECTOR, SPEAKER,
MICROPHONE AND EXTENSION WIRE

WHEREAS, the LEMMA- S2 project of the organization;

WHEREAS, the projector is freely used by the organization’s members;

WHEREAS, students from other courses are required to pay an amount of One Hundred Pesos
(Php 100.00) per day as rental fee per use;

WHEREIN, the said students must sign to the logbook provided by the LEMMA – S2 and provide
one ID, which will later be claimed upon the return of the projector and speaker; and

WHEREAS, the collected amount will be added to the fund of the organization;

Now, wherefore resolved as it is hereby resolved that the RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE
COLLECTION OF ONE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 100.00) PER DAY AS RENTAL FEE FOR
LEMMA – S2 PROJECTOR, SPEAKER, MICROPHONE AND EXTENSION WIRE be
approved.

Unanimously approved during the Special Meeting of the officers last August 18, 2018 at the H-
Building, MSU-GSC.
