This document outlines the recommended structure for a project report, including an abstract, introduction, previous work, problem definition, developed system analysis and design, requirements, implementation, results and reports, cost estimation, future work, conclusions, and references and bibliography sections. The introduction provides the project scope and problem to be solved. Subsequent chapters describe the system developed, focusing on novel aspects and solutions, including analysis, requirements, implementation, and results. The report concludes with lessons learned and potential future directions.

(One or more review chapters, describing the research you did at the beginning of the project period.) • Problem Definition • Developed System Under this several chapters describing what you have done, focusing on the novel aspects of your own work. ▪ Analysis and Design (Gathering of Information & DFDs) ▪ Requirements (Hardware: ??????, Software: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX ) (You can explain about technologies used in project) ▪ Implementation (Crucial part of coding) ▪ Results & Reports (Screen Shots) ▪ Cost Estimation • Future work. (A chapter describing possible ways in which your work could be continued or developed. Be imaginative but realistic.) • Conclusions. (What have you learn & achieved new during project?) • References and Bibliography.
