National high school exit exams require students to pass a test to graduate from high school. However, thousands of students struggle to pass these exams, preventing their graduation. Such exams have been shown to be an ineffective and detrimental reform that wastes resources while hindering student success and dreams. Instead of exit exams, elementary schools should focus on advanced learning and preparing students for high school coursework so they are not startled by the new academic level upon entering high school.

"Should we have a National High School Exam?

"

Education is very important in every person. This is the way in order us to achieve
those goals in life, because every person has a dream in life. The only way that people
will learn about life and everything that needed to be learn. To learn those things that
God created, things that made by man, things that man discover and will discover.
This are the things in the world that every people should learn and understand ,but
how can you do that? how can you learn those things? Through "education".
Therefore people need to go to school , at the right age. There are different level of
grades and year or different categories of learning. To finish those level of education
you need to pass a passing grade. After the primary level (elementary) next is the
secondary (high school) and the tertiary (college, where you choose your courses).

National high school exam are test that implementing to student wether they can
proceed to high school. If they can't past the examination tey can't proceed to high
school. Having an exam inorder to graduate and proceed to high school was very hard
for the student, because if you can't pass the exam the student can't proceed to high
school. The student will struggle like in South Carolina there was one of the first
states to commit fully to the accountability movement, establishing standards, state
tests, and linking graduation to exit exams. The first uses of high-stakes testing then
was the introduction of the exit exam, designed to prevent students from being passed
along through the system and thus graduating without what proponents called basic
skills. But South Carolina(2013) they abandon the exit exam, because there are a
thousands of students who struggle year after to pass both test's math and English.
That's why it should not implement those high school exam.

It is also proven in NCLB having unintended and detrimental consequences,


maintaining teacher and school accountability on an exam that students themselves
have no investment in can lead only to the exact scene depicted in Hard Times. At the
end of the documentary, viewers learn that the state takes over the school and replaces
the administration, again based on testing many students had essentially felt no
obligation to attempt. High-stakes testing has now been exposed as an ineffective
reform policy in education. Aside from a hard time high school exam is also a wasting
of time and money, because the government will spend money to implent those test
instead of using the money to people who need help from them. And also for the
student they will spend their time and money to review in order to past the test.

Every student who go to school was determine to finish their studies and those
students who strive to learn was the so don't be a hindrance to there success andd
dream, because taking a test doesn't measure all the learnings that you learn in this
world it is just the basis of your learning there are some of student who are smart and
intelligence but did not pass the test. It is pproven in the statement that national high
school exam is not the effective method. It is just a hard the for student, waste of
none, and time. Instesd of implementing the national high school exam the teachers in
elementary should teach the student a advance learnings so that when they enter in
high school life they wouldn't startle,because of the new level of learnings and
environment. They should teach the student to focus on their study so that it won't
hard for the student to pass the passing grade. The student should listen to their
teacher. They should remember the things that they learn in school, because someday
they can use that learning in that new beginning of their life and of coarse to be a
better person. If you can't apply those thing in your life, your learning are useless. Use
it in a good way, because the regrets are always at the end.
