Math

Mathematics helps control nature and occurrences in the world through mathematical modeling. By establishing quantitative relationships between inputs and outcomes, mathematical models allow us to predict events and potentially prevent negative consequences. While nature cannot fully be controlled, mathematics provides frameworks to better understand natural patterns and phenomena. It reveals unexpected connections between disparate subjects. Mathematical laws and formulas have been used to explain recurring natural events like sunsets. Overall, mathematics is a useful tool for understanding the world and applying that understanding to improve areas like infrastructure development, medicine, and disaster warning systems.

Guide Questions:

1. What new ideas about Mathematics did you learn?

 The new ideas that I learned about Mathematics is that it is not just deals with numbers,
symbols and computations but it also deals with patterns exists in our unuverse. It is an
interesting concept because the book that I have just read earlier is a book of Mathematics, but
there is almost no math in it. Instead, it is about how Mathematics reveals itself in the
symmetries that exist at every scale. There are number patterns such as Fibonacci sequence, and
shape patterns, such as spiral in a seashell. Each has a story to tell, and some interesting ideas to
reveal about the deep structure of matter. Math provides the structure that helps us understand
nature's patterns, it reveals clues that we can follow to help unlock secrets. And lastly I like how
Mathematics makes us realize how to appreciate every little things we have in this world. Just
like in the last part of the Chapter 1 indicates that "But most mportant of all, it is giving us
deeper vision of the universe in which we live, and of our own place in it."
2. What is it about Mathematics that might have changed your thoughts about it?
 I love Mathematics but actually I am not good in it. The Mathematics I know is more on
computations, problems solving, and so on and so forth but when I found out that Mathematics
is not what I expected Mathematics is, I found it more interesting and worth to study for. It is just
like a logical problem or something that deals wuth Physics or Chemistry. But then, eventhough I
found it so very hard, I make a promise to myself that I will study more and make my best to
understand what Mathematics is.
3. What is most useful about Mathematics for humankind?
 The most useful about Mathematics for humankind is that we using it in our everyday life and
also in different fields. For example, computing grades for teachers, building a infrastructure for
engineers, computing sales or counting sales for salesmas or businessman and also as a parent
budgeting our daily expenses. Mathematics is always very useful for us because without it or we
do'nt even know a little about others will cheat on us in the terms of money or in business. And
what else I can say about Mathematics is that Math has contributed a lot in the improvement of
the lives of humankind.

MATHEMATICS HEPLS CONTROL NATURE AND OCCURENCES IN THE WORLD IN OUR OWN END
Mathematics can help us control nature and occurrences in the world for our own good through
mathematical modelling. By mathematical modelling we see the inputs to the events and their most
likely outcomes. .Math could not even predict these disasters, let alone control them or reduce the
damage. Knowing these inputs and seeing their consequences and establishing their relationship defined
quantitatively, we can prepare for untoward consequences, or better yet, maybe we can stop them from
happening.

Mathematics is the basic of all modern science and technology, which help in almost every second of
your life:

Examples are:

 From a house that is not bound to be destroy in the next storm.

 To a vehicle that helps you go places.
 To medicines and equipment that keep you alive and healthy.
 To the means of communicating with almost anybody in the world, so on.

It is almost impossible to control nature, but Mathematics can help understand why nature is such a
powerful force, and how things develop and form there is the Fibonacci sequence that show how things
increase in the number in nature, such as the number petals on a flower or the coils on a shell. The
understanding of these can help us make small changes in the specific organisms, but nature cannot be
controlled. Using mathematical tools, we create models which corresponds to what we can measure and
observe in the world of reality. Models that work really well, that predict behavior. In the counterpart to
the model which have not yet been observed, these are taken as "laws of nature".

Occasionally, the Mathematics of laws describing phenomena not considered related, reveal surprising
unanticipated relationship. Mathematics provide the framework within which our observations of the
physical world can be encoded. It goes beyond being merely descriptive when it exposes relationship
that integrate disparate subject. The body of knowledge and practice known as Mathematics is derived
from the contributions of thinkers throughout the ages and across the globe. It gives us way to
understand patterns, to quantify relationship, and to predict the future. Math helps us understand the
world- and we use the world to understand Math.

Mathematics can be used to explain how something recurs in nature. Mathematics is used to explain
why the sun set, where it went, and why it returned because it was easier to count these events in
numbers than to put them into words. Similarly, formulas became a way of using numbers to show how
things in nature happen together or oppose one another.

Mathematics is helpful especially when seeking to explain the limitless feeling one gets when
contemplating the natural world that exist outside ourselves. The logic of any idea that can be explained
in words can be in reinforced mathematically to reach and persuade a larger audience about its
concurrency with natural phenomena, its economic applicability and its business potential.

It can simply provide help such as giving us a way to calculate or compute distances without doing it
manually and making it easier therefore we can continue to do other things to like for example were
building a reforestation, also the climate problems, math we then can warn residents in a specific place
when to evacuate or not. These two are just basic examples but look at what BIG help this is to us.

Mathematics is also spreaded across the universe, you could see it almost everywhere. Through the
tallest building in the world up to the smallest detail of a computer processor. Mathematics helps in
controlling nature and occurences because some of them behave mathematically. Like a snowflake that
is a perfect example of a fractal. A building that is composed a constructive measurements to stand taller
and microchip that is conposed of 0's and 1's to regulate process. These are just examples reminding us
that Mathematics is a very strong soul or origin of anything.
