The previously used Lease Management system was not working properly. It was not
generating some advance reports as per the requirements. So to fasten the process it was
important to get the new System to enable PGL to compete with other Leasing firms.
Project Description:
This project is to be implemented before the start of new financial year. Basically it is a
service which will help throughout the lease process by generating Quotations,
disbursement memos, Amortization Schedules and many other lease related reports.
High-Level Requirements:
1) APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD
2) NEW HARDWARE PROCUREMENT
3) ASSESMENT OF SOFTWARE COMPANY
4) SOFTWARE SPECIFICATIONS ASSESMENT
5) TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES
6) INSTALLATION OF SOFTWARE
7) IMPLEMENTAION OF SOFTWARE BEFORE 01-JULY-2019
8) SOFTWARE SHOULD PROVIDE RESULTS AS PER THE DEMAND OF THE PROJECT

Technical Decisions:
Key stakeholders will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the technical aspects of
their respective expertise – for example, the Director of Retail Products will ensure that
incoming products are up to specification, and will handle any concerns of unacceptable
quality.
Conflict Resolution:
Conflicts should be brought to the attention of the Project Manager first, who will either
escalate the issue up to the appropriate level (applicable stakeholder or Project Sponsor), or
will address and work through the issue with the person(s) bringing it forth.
