fixing tiles and mosaic made of ceramics and stone cladding up to 70 Kg/m² with no need for
mechanical fixation in both wall and floor applications, fixing of insulating acoustic boards and
typically used in kitchens and submerged conditions, suitable for fixing tiles in bathrooms,
shower rooms, kitchens and swimming pools, Suitable for fixing tiles on different substrates
such as concrete, gypsum plaster boards, block walls, lightweight blocks and plastered walls.
i. Modified styrene butadiene rubber emulsion Based high performance bonding agent and
additive for mortars, screeds and renders, used as a waterproof and bonding agent added to
concrete and mortar to improve the quality of cementitious mortars and slurries, with respect to
flexural & compressive strength, ideal for internal and external applications in conjunction with
cement.

3) Manufacturing of all types of Decorative Water-Based, Solvent-Based Coatings including

the following:

i. High quality Sponge decorative paint. It is suitable in interior uses for obtaining a variety of
decorative effects by sponging, combing, ragging or color washing.
ii. Water-Based Water-Resistant Marble Effect Putty (STUCCO).
iii. Pearly decorative Paint (Velvet), provide brilliant effect, add a touch of beauty and decorative
effects to walls, are recommended in decorating huge buildings like hotels, villas, palaces,
mosques, and museums. Colors (Silver – Light Gold – Yellowish Gold – Copper – Bronze
Maroon).
iv. Chamois effect paint, water-based and washable paint for interior surfaces, has matt finish
appearance and gives attractive decorative effect, used as a finish coat for interior decorations on
different surfaces such as palaces, offices, showrooms, hotels, restaurants and luxurious house
entrances.
v. Crackle effect paint, clear varnish that gives homogenous cracks after applying emulsion paint
on it, used as a decorative paint for interior decorations of palaces, offices, showrooms, hotels,
restaurants and luxurious home entrances. Color is Clear white, which can be colored.
vi. Decorative Paint for coral reef effect, it is a water-based acrylic paint, which gives a multi-
colored finish. It is easy to apply on all surfaces. It contains granular pieces (flakes) to give the
effect of colored decorative porous touch similar to coral reefs and enhance the beauty of paint
on the wall. It can be used as a decorative paint in interior applications such as palaces, offices,
galleries, hotels, restaurants and luxurious house entrances.
vii. Pearly paint for desert effect, highly innovative pearlescent product, which add brilliant effect
with the pearlescent forms, colors to wall, and gives granular effect similar to desert look. It is
recommended to use in decorating huge buildings like hotels, villas, palaces, mosques, and
museums.
viii. Multi-color effect paint is a decorative paint to give a multi-color finish. It can be easily used to
get an excellent finish through the harmonious colors achieved in one coat, gives the effect of
overlapping marble colors. Multicolor has alkaline and scratch resistance properties. It gives
stable colors and is very easy to clean. It is characterized by strong adhesion on all surfaces. It
can be used on interior and exterior walls, including décor works of wood, cement and gypsum.

 ix. Decorative texture putty, provide Islamic Arabian texture effects in internal uses. It adds a touch
of beauty to wall as well as resistance to washing and scrubbing. It is an ideal paint for interior
surfaces to give a variety of decorative effects on surfaces that will be painted with Velvet or any
colored paint.
x. Decorative Combleco putty, provide texture effects in internal uses.
xi. Water-based decorative paint to impart Jeans look. Especially used as finish coat for interior
decorations on different surfaces of palaces, offices, showrooms, hotels, restaurants and
luxurious house entrance.
xii. Water-Based Multi-Color Antiqua flower decorative paint.
xiii. Fine and Coarse Gravito decorative paint, used on cement and concrete surfaces, (More than 40

4) Manufacturing of all types of Solvent-borne alkyd paints including the following:

i. A fast-drying Alkyd based special primer (Especially for storage tank exteriors, agricultural
machinery and other surfaces where especially good adhesion and anti-corrosive properties are
required).
ii. A glossy alkyd topcoat (Especially suitable for the on-site painting of bridges, exteriors of
storage tanks, steel constructions, etc.).
iii. A fast-drying semi-gloss alkyd topcoat (Especially suitable for steel frameworks and structures,
service platforms and different types of machinery and equipment.).
iv. A single-coat semi-matt alkyd paint (Especially suitable for use as a single-coat system for steel
frameworks and structures).
v. A one-component Glossy Water-Based Alkyd topcoat (based on Water-Reducible alkyd resins
manufactured by me).

5) Manufacturing of all types of Water-Based, Solvent-Based Wood Coatings including the

following:

i. Water-Based and Solvent-Based Wood Stains.

ii. Clear Polyurethane Wood Insulator that is used to prepare wood surfaces before spraying
polyester paints. It is especially designed to insulate oils excreted by the wood pores.
iii. Wood Sealers including the following types (Nitrocellulose Sealer, Polyester Sealer, 2K
Polyurethane Sealer), high-build material to fill pores in wood surfaces, is especially designed to
prepare wood surfaces before using varnish and to produce a smooth, hard, seal coat without any
influence on natural wood grain. It boasts easy sanding and superior adhesion without any effect
on the wood color.
iv. Wood Varnishes including the following types {Alkyd-Based Varnish, Nitrocellulose Varnish
(Duco)}. It boasts superior gloss, high hardness, adhesion, and supreme resistance to weather
conditions and home chemicals (alcohol, grease, and oils….etc.). It is used to paint wood works,
including kitchens, furniture and boats.
v. Polyurethane Varnish 1:1, and Polyurethane Varnish 2:1 are high-quality polyurethane varnish
(gloss - semi-gloss – matt), based on two components, can be sanded after 24 hours. It boasts
smooth touch, high hardness, flexibility and resistance to weathering and scrubbing.
vi. 1K Wood Fillers is a one-component filler used to paint car panels. It is also used as a
foundation on wood surfaces. It boasts maximum filling of wood pores as well as fast drying.
vii. Wood Surfacers are specially formulated to be used in painting wood and metal works after
putty and before the top coat to give smooth surface. This product boasts easy sanding and
excelling filling properties for wood and metal to give smooth surface after sanding, avoiding
matt touch in the top coat.

viii. Polyurethane Surfacer 2K with hardener is specially formulated to be used directly before the
top coat to give smooth and soft surface. This product boasts excelling filling properties for
wood to give smooth surface after sanding, avoiding matt touch in the top coat. The surface
becomes ready for painting 2K products.
ix. Wood Decorative Paints including the following (Hammer Finish, which is high gloss enamel,
featuring an excellent hammered pattern. It boasts fast drying, excellent mechanical properties
and supreme resistance to weathering without any impact on paint finish. Crackle is a decorative
nitrocellulose matt paint, especially formulated to give special effects similar to crocodile leather
in its appearance).

6) Manufacturing of Advanced Industrial Coatings including the following:

I. Industrial Epoxy Coatings Systems:

i. A two-component polyamide-cured Direct To Metal (DTM) epoxy primer (Especially for

Bridges, haulage equipment, cranes, steel masts, conveyors and other steel structures, machinery
and equipment).
ii. A two-component epoxy economical primer (Especially for Bridges, haulage equipment, cranes,
steel masts, conveyors and other steel structures, machinery and equipment).
iii. Solvent-Based and Water-Based Clear and white masonry Epoxy Sealer.
iv. A two-component polyamide-cured epoxy paint (Especially for Bridges, exteriors of tanks, steel
frameworks, conveyors, tubular bridges and other steel structures and equipment).
v. A two-component, amine-adduct cured glossy epoxy topcoat paint (Especially for bridges, tanks
and different types of steelwork and equipment in the wood-processing and chemical industries,
such as tubular bridges, conveyors, paper machines, etc.).
vi. A two-component, High Solids Barrier epoxy Mastic Coating (Especially as a primer for steel
surfaces that are difficult to clean in the process and chemical industry and in water immersion,
e.g. bridges, cisterns and different types of steelwork and equipment in the wood-processing and
chemical industry, such as paper machines, conveyors, tubular bridges, etc. Maintenance paint
for repainting or touch-up painting, e.g. damages caused by transportation or installation).
vii. A two-component Solvent-borne epoxy-phenolic paint for tank coatings (Especially for tank
linings). It is resistant to dilute solutions of non-oxidizing acids, alkali and salts in immersion,
resistant to fuels and chemicals, suitable for immersion in hot water from +65°C to +90°C,
withstands dry heat up to +150°C.
viii. A two-component solvent-free epoxy coating (Especially for oil storage tanks, cisterns and
basins in the forest industry, chemical industry and sewage purification plants, etc.). It is good
resistance to dilute solutions of non-oxidizing acids, alkali and salts in immersion, used as a
heavy-duty coating on steel surfaces exposed to abrasion and chemical and mechanical stress in
immersion, resistant to chemicals, suitable for coating lead-free gasoline tanks).
ix. A two-component, polyamide-cured zinc-rich epoxy paint. Provides cathodic protection of steel,
used as a primer in epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic systems, can be used without a topcoat.
(Especially suitable for bridges, cranes and steel frameworks as well as steelwork and equipment
in the forest and chemical industries, such as tubular bridges, conveyors, etc.
x. Two-pack Waterborne Epoxy Floor Paint (Ideal coating for garages, shops, and light traffic. For
Interior applications only).

II. Solvent-borne polyurethane coatings:

i. A two-component polyurethane paints , glossy or semi-gloss, matt or semi-matt grades

(Especially suitable for painting of transport and haulage equipment, storage tank exteriors, steel
framework and other steel structures, machinery and equipment.).
ii. Two-component fast-drying polyurethane paints (Especially as a single-coat finish for
agricultural, heavy-duty, e.g. earth-moving machinery or other machinery and equipment.).

 iii. A two-component high-solid high gloss polyurethane coating (For painting of transport and
haulage equipment, storage tank exteriors, steel framework and other steel structures, machinery
and equipment.).
iv. A two-component glossy polyurethane varnish. (Especially suitable for painting storage tanks
exteriors, steel buildings and other steelwork.).
v. A water-borne, two-component high-build polyurethane paint (Especially suitable for
agricultural and earth moving machinery, steel framework and other steel structures, machinery
and equipment. Can be used as a single coat or as a topcoat for epoxy/polyurethane systems in
steel surfaces exposed to weathering, abrasion and chemical stress).
vi. A water-borne, two-component polyurethane varnish (Especially suitable for agricultural and
earth moving machinery, steel framework and other steel structures, machinery and equipment.
Can be used as a glossy lacquer in polyurethane systems. Very good gloss and color retention in
climatic stress, increases resistance against moderate mechanical and chemical stress.

III. Other Solvent-Based and Water-Based Industrial coatings:

i. Water-Based anti-skidding Tennis-Court coating over porous foam substrate.

ii. Water-Based sports arena surfaces Marking Paint.
iii. All Types of Baking Enamels especially used in metal part that can be stoved. (Especially
suitable as efficient paints and protective materials for applications in Can Coatings, electrical
panels, electrical equipment, metal furniture, automotive spare parts, and any metal parts that
can be stoved.
iv. A heat-resistant silicone paint, resistant to temperatures up to +400°C dry heat on steel surfaces.
(Especially suitable for exteriors of steel structures exposed to high temperatures. Suitable for
fireplace doors, flues, exhaust pipes, sauna stoves and other hot metal surfaces indoors and
outdoors).
v. A high-build silicone-aluminum paint, resistant to temperatures up to +650°C dry heat on steel
surfaces without a primer and +400°C when applied over a zinc silicate paint. (Especially
suitable for exteriors of steel structures exposed to high temperatures. Suitable for fireplace
doors, flues, exhaust pipes, sauna stoves and other hot metal surfaces indoors and outdoors).
vi. A one-component fast-drying matt polyvinyl-butyral adhesion primer, can be applied using the
“wet-on-wet” painting technique, can also be used as a primer under powder coatings.
(Especially suitable as an adhesion primer for steel, zinc, stainless steel and aluminum surfaces).
vii. A two-component high-solid glossy polyurea paint. (Especially suitable for use as a single-coat
finish for agricultural and earth-moving machinery and other machinery and equipment).
viii. A one-component modified vinyl primer. (Especially suitable for underwater steel, zinc and
aluminum structures, such as ship bottoms, etc.
ix. A two-component high-solid isocyanate free glossy polysiloxane topcoat. (Especially to be used
as topcoat in severe corrosive atmospheric areas such as offshore, bridges, chemical facilities, oil
refineries and power plants. Even corrosivity class C5 can be achieved when applied directly on
zinc rich primer. Also suitable to be used as a single coat finish on blast cleaned or phosphated
steel).
x. A one-component, matt zinc-dust paint, provides cathodic protection of steel, used as a primer
for steel surfaces exposed to weathering and chemical stress, can be used without a topcoat on
surfaces exposed to weathering. (Especially suitable as a touch-up primer on damaged areas of
zinc-primed steel).
xi. A two-component, ethyl-silicate zinc-rich paint, provides cathodic protection of steel, superior
resistance to corrosion, excellent resistance to abrasion and weathering, temperature resistance
up to +480°C, withstands immersion in oils and various solvents, can be used as a single-coat or
as a primer. (Especially suitable for bridges, pipework, heat exchangers and chemical tanks, etc).
xii. A water-borne one-component intumescent coating which expands and forms an insulating layer
of foam, when subjected to heat, provides up to 90 minutes fire resistance, low VOC content,
forms a smooth and hard surface. (Especially suitable for steel structures and wooden surfaces).

Manufacturing of all types of road marking systems, including the following:

i. Kerbs or speed humps Marking Paints, Bike Lane Markings, Large Surface Markings, and

ii. Type I Markings which are widely used and very cost-efficient type of road marking,
characterized by good daytime visibility as well as good nighttime visibility in dry conditions.
But in bad weather (fog, rain) a water film on the glass beads of the marking system reduces its
retroreflectivity at night. The road marking does no longer shine and is barely visible.
iii. Type II Markings provide good visibility in wet conditions at night. This results in considerably
improved traffic safety, hence these systems increasingly replace type I marking systems. The
positive effect of these rain-reflective systems is achieved when a sufficient amount of correctly
embedded reflective material (e.g. glass beads) remains above the water film and thus
contributes to keeping up retroreflection.

7) Manufacturing all coating and specialty chemicals products used in Car Refinish System
including the following products:

i. Cleanser which are used to clean, degrease, and remove dirt residues plus other contaminations
that appear on bare metal surfaces, old paint coatings, surfacer and filler.
ii. Putties including the following:
1- NC putty, is formulated to give extra body to the surface, and also works as a leveling filler
to all wooden surfaces and cars. It is characterized by fast drying, easy sanding and high
filling power.
2- Polyester finishing putty, it is a two-part, ideally suited for filling and skim coating body
work, pinholes, grind marks, low spots and other surface imperfections. Used as a finish coat
over body filler repair areas to fill minor defects and sand scratches to improve the efficiency of
paint.
iii. One-Component K1 and Two-Component 2K Acrylic fillers, with high solid and easy
sanding for car repair and body work. It is characterized by easy sanding and application, perfect
filling, very fast drying. It is suitable for all acrylic paint finishes.
iv. Plasto Primer, fast drying, plastic adhesion primer, which improves the adhesion of
subsequently, applied paint system on plastic car parts.
v. Undercoat which is One-pack primer for steel and galvanized lower body parts substrates on
cars, it offers excellent anti-corrosion properties and good adhesion with very good texture shape
paint, also, provides high resistance to friction and heat as well as the ability to absorb shocks of
small pebbles.
vi. Acrylic Hardeners for car refinished acrylic paint system, designed to offer good hardness
and quick drying for the car refinished acrylic paint system. It is ideal for the treatment of large
vehicles. Hardener to be used with acrylic paints and varnishes. It is suitable for use in case of
air-drying inside stoves. Recommended to be used with high quality acrylic paints.
vii. Manufacturing and providing database for Auto refinished base coats color formulations for the
automotive refinish market (i.e., Auto Refinish Tinting Rack) in which Base coat for auto
refinish is commonly divided into three categories: Solid base coat, Metallic base coat,
Pearlescent base coat. The desired shade or color is prepared in body shops on the spot by
mixing base coat binder and pigment concentrates (also called as tinters) as per the color
formulation. All the colorants, binders and primers are stored on tinting racks. The pigment
concentrates are available in two types: Solid pigments - for solid basecoats, Effect pigments -
for metallic for pearlescent basecoats.

viii. Manufacturing all types of Auto paints which is a two-component acrylic paint, which gives
extremes gloss and excellent mechanical properties. Special pigment provides maximum
weathering & chemical resistance and ultimate color retention, types including the following:
A. Basecoat is a high-quality paint, especially formulated to repaint private cars, vehicles, and
equipment, which are painted using computer tinting system. It provides maximum
weathering and scratching resistance as well as color retention and attractive metallic finish.
The basecoat provides color effects to the refinish system that delivers the color and
aesthetic appeal, which attract customers.
B. Acrylic Auto Coat, it is a two-component acrylic paint for cars and industrial purposes,
which are painted using computer tinting system, provides maximum weathering and
scratching resistance as well as color retention.
ix. Different grades of 2K Acrylic Clear Coats Varnishes as an outer layer of any finish, Clear
Coat serve as the barrier of protection for the basecoat and always enhance the durability and
appearance of the paint, provide excellent gloss, very high weathering and chemical resistance.
It is also colorless and gives fast drying and perfect mechanical properties.
x. Car-Care Rubbing Compounds for removing a wide range of paintwork defects (dust nibs,
over spray, paint runs, orange peel and small scratches). It also removes the abrasive marks left
by fine abrasive papers and produces a smear free high gloss finish.
xi. Car-Care Polishes, which shines all car, finishes looking like new. It provides a protective
waxy layer with high gloss.
1) Specialties chemicals for different industries:
A. Solid Bars, which Gives high performance to remove corrugation. It is used to abrasive and
to polish the metal such as aluminum, copper, Stainless steel, bronze, alloy, silver, marble
and polyester products, special type is using for polishing polyurethane coated wood.
B. Wax-based non-silicone release agent. It has proven to be effective when used to release
polyurethane foams elastomers. This wax dispersion is designed to operate at mold
temperatures ranging from 50 to 70 oC with minimal wax build-up, works with aluminum,
steel and elastomeric mold construction.
C. Marble Polishes, for polishing any marble granite surface. It forms a very thin transparent
and glossy pellicle, which improves the surface while protecting.
D. Silicone Emulsion %35-%55-%60 is a concentrated emulsion of dimethyl silicone fluid
specially designed to offer easy release characteristics, used as surface agents in the
manufacture of Tires, mechanical rubber goods, floor tiles and mats, soles and heels, etc.
E. Care Release Wax & Floor, A blend of high melting point waxes formulated for the cultured
marble industry's use in demolding, fiberglass molds. The wax is easy to apply and provides
a high gloss with low surface tension for superior release with maximum mold protection.
F. Wood Polishes, special blend of waxes and oils that shines all furniture finishes and provides
a protective waxy layer with high gloss and shine.
G. All types of thinners for different application.
