The student completed their second week of training at the Kangra Central Co-operative Bank in Shahpur. They learned how to operate the computer, perform CKYC of customer accounts, make entries in passbooks, and process RTGS, NEFTs, deposits, cheques, and account transfers. The workload was low with few customers. The student opened 7 new accounts. ISTRUCTION GIVEN BY THE BRANCH MANAGER. I HAVE DONE CKYC OF THE
CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.

2. THEY TOUGHT ME AGAIN THE ENTERY ON PASS BOOKS OF THE CUSTOMERS, RTGS,
NEFT’s .

3. I START DOING DEBIT AND CREDIT OF THE DEPOSITS AND CHEQUES .

4. THEY TOUGHT ME THE DEBIT FROM ONE ACCOUNT AND CREDIT IT TO ANOTHER
ACCOUNT.

5. CKYC AUTHORISING.

6. THE WORK LOAD IS LOW THE VERY LESS NUMBER OF CUSTOMER ARRIVING INTO
THE BANK. I OPEN 7 NEW ACCOUNT’s.

TARGATING THE MANERAGA ACCOUNTS AND ALSO PROVIDE LOAN FOR AGRICULTURE AND

HOME AT LESS INTREST RATE. MAM, I LEARN A LOT FROM THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BANK THAT HOW

TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER. THE WORKING STAFF IS VERY COOPERATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE .
