Gate Entry Guidelines
MEMORANDUM
The following Gate Entry and Exit Guidelines should be observed:
1. Entry to the company through the gate shall be limited only to:
1. Existing employees (Regular, Probationary, Project, On-the-Job Trainees, and CBG
Scholars rendering duty at MUTI) with their prescribed uniform and identification card; and
2. Employers
2. Upon entering & exiting company premises, all employees must voluntarily submit themselves
as well as all their belongings and motorcycle service for inspection prior to, in-between working
hours and/or when leaving after work.
1. Gate Guard must conduct with all employees entering & leaving company premises:
1. Frisking (body search for men) by feeling inserted items at waistline, pockets and
lower leg part of pants below the knee using both hands.
2. Bag inspection using a foot long wooden stick.
3. Inspection of Company vehicles’ glove compartments & storage areas.
4. When necessary, ask employee to take out suspicious items felt during inspections.
5. Ensure that proper written whereabouts information with approval are made by the
concerned employee.
3. Bringing in of personal belongings inside company premises is prohibited, unless listed below or
otherwise with the written approval of the Dept. Head. They are to be kept in your respective
lockers at the gate. If and whenever personal items or documents are needed for relevant store
or company transaction, submit a letter of request and secure immediate superiors’ consent,
duly checked by your respective Dept. Manager and President. Gate Guard must log in the
items in the Gate Guard Control Notebook. Below is the list of allowed personal belongings that
can be brought inside company premises.
Wallet Brush or Comb
Rings Tooth Brush & Toothpaste (sachet)
Earrings (for women only) Feminine Care (maximum 3 pieces)
Wrist Watch Medication
Food Container for Lunch Viand (w/ name) Hand towels with name, handkerchief
Water Container (maximum of 500ml w/ name)
4. Visitors on personal interests during work hours are highly discouraged as it hampers regular
working operations. They may be accommodated with the approved consent the visited
employee’s superior either:
1. In front of the gate entrance within a minute or two; or
2. Outside company premises (not in front of the gate entrance) with an approved Notification
by the visited employee’s superior to go out and return during the prescribed hours of work
correspondingly deductible to the number of minutes requested.
5. Visitors may only enter and proceed to the visited-employee’s work area during office hours
upon the consent, approval, liability and responsibility of the employees’ Department
Head/Supervisor for only work related concerns. Personal belongings including firearms, bags,

carrying equipment, containers and similar items must be deposited at the Gate Guard for
security and safety purposes.
6. All items brought in and out whether merchandise, trade or company items must undergo
validation from the gate guard and process necessary recording prior to any transaction.
