on academic tasks and negatively affect their academic results.

participation, enjoyment, and self- efficacy in young adults they used descriptive
survey which results reported that efitbuddy has no influence on young adults’
physical activity through a short period of time usage, and these results are
consistent with previous studies investigating the relationship between
smartphone apps of health and fitness and physical activity behaviors.

According to Glestine & Nonyelum (2018) about the study of nature of activities
on social media impacts to students’ academic performance with the use of
descriptive survey which resulted that there is significant relationship between

media that school management should incorporate rules and regulations on the
use of the social media.
