1. Purpose
The purpose of the this document is to explain the necessary setups and the procedure to produce the
CRD report both in COB as well as ONLINE

2. CRD Reports
There are two kinds of CRD reports
 MISMATCH report which shows the mismatch between CAL and CONTRACT by CAL 

 BAL REC report which shows the mismatch along with details of the underlying contract 

3. Mismatch report setup
The below is the standard procedure to generate the CRF report both in COB as well as online.
Considering MBGL is the report which is defined in RE.STAT.REPORT.HEAD and the LINES
were configured accordingly

RE.STAT.MISMATCH
 Set up the RE.STAT.MISMATCH application 

4. Mismatch report in COB

 Set the batch RE.STAT.MISMATCH in BATCH application 



 Ensure the job EOD.STAT.MISMATCH is set to daily frequency 
 

 Include the ID of the record created in RE.STAT.MISMATCH in the DATA field of the job
RE.STAT.MISMATCH

 Run the COB 

 Check the generated report from HOLD.CONTROL using the enquiry REPORT.LIST 

5. Mismatch report online


 Verify the record MISMATCH in RE.STAT.MISMATCH 

 Check the generated report from HOLD.CONTROL using the enquiry REPORT.LIST 

6. BAL.REC report setup
 Set up RE.STAT.BAL.REC application 

7. BAL.REC report in COB


 Set the batch EB.REC.PRINT in BATCH application 

 Ensure the job EB.STAT.BAL.REC is set to daily frequency 

 Run the COB 

 Check the generated report from HOLD.CONTROL using the enquiry REPORT.LIST 

8. BAL.REC report online
 Verify the record DETAIL in RE.STAT.BAL.REC 

 Check the generated report from HOLD.CONTROL using the enquiry REPORT.LIST 


9. Conclusion
Please follow the above process to produce the CRD reports both in COB as well as online, the
