ACR-First Quarter

This activity completion report summarizes a Homeroom Parents-Teacher Association meeting held at San Isidro Elementary School. The objectives of the meeting were to issue first quarter progress reports to kindergarten parents and inform them of their children's performance. Thirty-four parents attended the meeting, less than the expected 57. During the meeting, the PTA President opened in prayer and the teacher adviser discussed the students' performance and areas for improvement in reading. Parents were asked to provide guidance to support their children's studies. The meeting ended on time at 5:30 PM.

1. to issue the Progress Report Card of Kinder for the First


Quarter
2. to inform parents regarding the performance of their
children in the school.
Expected Number of Participants: 57
Actual Number of Participants: 34

PART 2
NARRATIVE REPORT
1. Introduction
Parents and teachers must develop camaraderie for
the improvement of our children. Quarterly, we should meet
to inform and know the standing of your children in the
school.

2. The meeting started at 10:00A.M/3:30 P.M. with an


opening prayer lead by the PTA President, Norylyn Suliven.
The adviser, Mrs. Claudine P.Paje, discussed about the
performance of the pupils in the school and what do they
need to improve with their studies. Mrs. Paje asked parents’
guidance regarding the studies of their children especially in
reading and the awarding follows and giving of Form 138-E
of pupils.

The meeting ended-up at exactly 5:30 P.M.
