applicant) for the project under IMPRESS.

We agree to administer the funds, provide basic research infrastructure and provide the
material and managerial assistance for the project.

If the scholar receiving the project leaves our institution to join some other institution after
instalments of the sanctioned project have been received, we would have no objection to the
transfer of the project to a new institution, subject to the approval of the ICSSR. The
institution, however, shall be responsible for submitting the audited statement of accounts
and utilization certificate to the extent of the instalments received and utilized, subject to
the conditions mentioned in 8.15 of the guidelines.

On completion of the project, the institution will take possession of


books/periodicals/equipment purchased out of the contingency grant from the scholar and
deposit the unspent amount to the ICSSR.
