Job Clarification:
BhartiAXA Life Insurance Co Ltd were giving the opportunity as financial analysis for this
we will take you to Min 3 month as training period as required to test your potential
(Through exam process IRDAI). Based upon successful completion of training period,
you will be appointed as an on role employee either Unit Manager/Agency Manager.
Your confirmation will be given in an Appointment Letter for further process. If the
Following completion of your 3 months training period at BhartiAXA Life Insurance, we
will have review on your performance and if it’s found to be satisfactory.
Your confirmation will be reviewed at end of training period and confirmation will be
based upon satisfactory performance by you in your probation period.
All other terms and conditions of your appointment will remain the same.
1. In this training period you will be specially trained for IRDAI and certified
As you are new to Insurance Industry you need to learn and practise these things
8. Ability to work under time pressure while keeping accuracy as a high priority
10. Should have excellent time management, technical skills and analytical skills
Qualification: UG/PG
1. Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors who are highly productive
and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated time frame.
2. Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own
team of advisors.
7. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office) Skills, Knowledge &Qualifications
(Framework required by the position)
As an On Roll employee he/she will be eligible for Next level of open promotions offered
by company (UM/AM/BM/SBM), Rewards and trips based on the company's contest.
