They gave some English, Verbal and Quantitative reasoning tests. No actual tech test. I got the
highest score they had seen.

Hiring manager called my experience "Nothing special" because I had never worked in a cooperate
environment asides my startup.

They offered NGN 90k per month for this position.

I was to be coming from Ikotun to Tbs area daily for this.

My interview experience with interswitch was terrible imo, for a big company like that with
technology being their major backbone I was really disappointed with the process, first we were like
20- 30 candidates slated for interview that day, I was eager to see how they will manage us. To my
surprise they told all of us to move into a conference room, asked us to introduce ourselves one by
one and talk about our software development experience. Keep in mind that the 20 something
candidates in that room were all of different level; some were senior developers, some intermediate
,some junior trying to make the jump to intermediate, some like me trying to get my first job in tech.
Then after the introduction they gave us the test they use to select who they want and who they
don't. So they gave us an algorithm to solve in the language of our choice. This same test was
given to everyone regardless of the role or level they are applying for. I failed it so I didnt move to
the interview phase. But I was really disappointed with them because how is it fair to give the same
test to everyone and they didnt even bother to give specialize test to frontend or backend or mobile

We wrote a programming test on a piece of paper, the language used didn't matter.

After Passing the test we wrote a more difficult test. They then brought us into a room to grade
each others performance. Note at this point we were like 5 put of the 20 people that started at the
beginning of the day.

They also asked how much we expected to earn before picking 3 people to be hired.

I must admit it was kind of fun but shitty regardless.
