I have successfully completed my degree at Department of Civil Engineering, South Eastern
University of Sri Lanka with 2nd class-lower. I have a membership in IESL (AM-24193) and
my background reflects extensive successful experience within Geotechnical engineering,
Transportation engineering, Structural engineering, and Environmental engineering fields.
I have followed all the modules that cover above fields in my undergraduate career
followed by 6 months industrial training at two reputed organizations and two weeks of
surveying work camp. Currently I am working as a site engineer at CESL. Also, I have
considerable experience in dealing with each and every level of professionals in case of
problem solving. In addition, I am efficient, well organized, detail oriented and self-
dedicated in order to complete given task on time and responsible on my work.

Research concluded about GIS Based Landslide Hazard Prediction in Sri Lanka (Pelmadulla).
Principal Supervisor:-Dr. Janka Kosgolle
In this study, a prediction approach to estimate susceptible areas to landslides using GIS is presented for
Pelmadulla area. The result showed that the model was very suitable in predicting landslide hazard and
generating landslide hazard maps. These results can be used as basic data to assist slope management and land-
use planning.
