The reindeer murdered the elf on December 20th out in the snow. The clues indicate that the reindeer, who spent $75 on gifts, murdered the elf, who spent the most at $89. The date of the murder was December 20th, an even number date that was not a weekend and the day after a prime number with digits that multiplied to 0. The area and perimeter of the photo frame located out in the snow were the correct measurements for where the murder took place. The cipher decodes to "he opened my advent calendar" as the reason for the murder.
