Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel about
discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to your
assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in
her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?

I feel so excited to observe a lesson that was taught by one of my peers and feel the time to show my
professionality. Sabha was so excited and comfortable about being observed by me. After the lesson, me
and Sabha sat to discuss her teaching and give her some feedback about the lesson she taught. It was an
amazing discussion the feedback it helped me to learn how to evaluate somebody teaching, and discuss the
strength and weakness. Sabha was interesting about the feedback, and want to know how did she do. She
totally agrees with my evaluation, and she mentioned her weakness too. The suggestion I gave her to apply
for the next lesson is to put the name of the students in wood sticks to call them randomly and make sure
most of the students participate. Me and Sabha learned a lot of things from this experience. I learned that I
have to provide her with more strength, so she can keep applying them in each lesson she teaches. And what
Sabha learned that she has to provide more materials, in case some students did their activity wrong.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
